IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As a regenerative farm, our goal is to operate in a way that always improves the health of our soil, animals, family and community. This includes adaptive rotational grazing, supplying our farm using community businesses, and scaling in a way that supports our family.

Our animals are rotated across our fields so they get fresh access to bugs, grass and soil. This increases their ability to get a diverse diet from nature that adds to the flavor and nutritional value of our products. This contrasts with many products sold in the store as "pastured" in which the animal has very little access to pasture and fresh air (sometimes as little as only a couple square feet!).
